Send estimates directly from the management software

Slope allows you to send and manage quotes in just a few clicks.

Say goodbye to post-it, sheets attached to the screen and risk of overbooking, the estimates created within the Management PMS are distinguished by the receptionist’s speed of creation, simplicity of display for the guest and detailed reports with statistics on the rate of opening and conversion.

The quote can be sent by e-mail or by any messaging service (WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger), the customer will only have to open it and turn the booking quote into a couple of clicks.

To create a quote in Slope you will need to:

  • Choose the dates indicated by the customer (avoiding estimates already in ``overbooking``)
  • Slope automatically shows availability, quotation, text, images and preview of the rooms in which the customer will be staying
  • Send the quote
  • Monitor opening rates or possible bounces

To create a quote, it takes just a few clicks, in fact a device with internet connection is enough to access Slope and send ad hoc proposals to your client.

It is possible to send multi-room quotes for different time periods.
