Tag Customers

Segment your hotel customers

Build audience segments

Customer tags are labels that can be associated with each guest present in Slope’s CRM.

The tags allow you to provide and add certain characteristics on the reasons that led certain guests to stay at your facility, so that they can be more easily segmented and send targeted email campaigns.

For each customer, it is sufficient to assign a tag, Slope will automatically create the audience segment
The tags are intended to simplify the organization of contacts in a meaningful way, so that they can act quickly on customers
The tags allow you to send more targeted email marketing campaigns, improving the conversion by potential guests

Some examples of tags related to the stay:

Use tags to organize contacts based on what you know

Tags are customizable labels that you create for your guests, such as “interested in culinary events” or “wellness center and SPA lover”, based on information you know about them. Because they are so flexible, tags allow you to organize your audience in whatever way you need them, whether it’s tagging lots of contacts at once, or whether you want to add more tags to a single contact.

Improve the conversion and quality of newsletters

The tags allow you to send more targeted email marketing campaigns, improving the conversion by potential guests and the quality of the content, also saving in the investment of acquiring new contacts. Customers will not feel overwhelmed by emails they are not interested in and will not cancel their registration after the first newsletter.
