Slope Pay - Hotel-friendly card payments

Slope Pay is the card payment system tailored for hotels, designed to simplify the work in the property.

Thanks to the integration between the PMS and the bank payment system, Slope Pay allows to manage collections both online (gateway) and in presence (physical POS), saving time, errors and reducing the risk of disputes.

Collect payments directly from the booking engine, securely and risk-free collecting payment cards of every circuit, choosing whether to process them now or charge them in the future.

Send payment requests via link

Send payment requests to customers via email links or messages. Slope Pay will collect payment card information securely and will then process payments upon "strong" verification (SCA).

Physical SmartPOS connected

Slope Pay connects an Android SmartPOS which is able to dialogue directly with Slope PMS.

Whatever the booking method, Slope Pay puts a secure, risk-free collection solution in the hands of the hotel.

Through the gateway integrated in the booking engine and CRM quotes it will be possible to collect the card as a guarantee or collect the card data securely and process the payment at the time of making the reservation, all according to the booking conditions of the rate plan.

If instead the customer is booking by email or phone, just send the payment request link, from his private area the guest will be able to insert his payment card details.

SmartPos hotel connected with the PMS

Slope Pay allows you to reconcile collections, reconnecting each payment with the related reservation within the Slope PMS. Having an automatic reconciliation of all payments made on both virtual and physical POS allows you to have an up-to-date view of the status of payments for all your bookings.

PSD2 Compliance

PSD2 puts a strong focus on the security issue of payment card transactions, especially in “card not present” online payments. Slope Pay is a system able to connect in a transparent and frictionless way all the hotel business logics with the banking world, in a PSD2 compliant way.

Slope Pay uses an Interchange ++ pricing model that allows for greater transparency and visibility into the fees charged based on the type of card processed. This model allows you to pay the true cost of the transaction, with no hidden fees or surcharges that you would have with other cost models.
